What is the Planned Maintenance Program?

Our objective is to allow stratas to have a regular date in our calendar to prevent long lead times between service dates.

When strata councils save small maintenance items and repair lists to be done on a regularly scheduled day, this  reduces the number of minimum charge service calls that the strata incurs for each small item that comes up.

Our Plans

Our maintenance plans differ between stratas. This ensures that each building is being attended to according to owner and council priority. Most commonly, strata councils add their lists to a shared live Google spreadsheet created by our office. Our crews will then attend to those lists on a monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly basis, and update the list when items have been completed.

There is no contract charge or up front fee. We simply charge based on time and materials for each service date.

Being a part of our Planned Maintenance Program means that you will have dates scheduled in advance to ensure that you do not have to wait extended periods of time for a repair date, and will eliminate expensive service call minimums.
